Parish-Registration

Church of the Assumption was erected in 1907 as an Italian national parish to serve the needs of Italian immigrants and their families. As time passed, the demographics of the parish have changed. The descendants of the original families have forgotten the Italian language and have established themselves as Americans. Many of the present day parishioners are of many ethnic and national backgrounds.

While still classified as an Italian parish, any persons of any background whether they be residents f Roselle Park or otherwise, are welcome to become full and active parishioners of the Church of the Assumption.
